Vadim Sinyavsky met with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov
Vadim Sinyavsky had a meeting with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov in Baku today.
The focus was on Belarus-Azerbaijan relations in the area of emergency prevention and response. During the meeting, both parties expressed satisfaction with the high level of bilateral relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan, and noted the key role played by the heads of state in ensuring the dynamic development of cooperation across all areas. It was also noted that the Ministries for Emergency Situations of both countries have established a long-term partnership in emergency prevention and response, including through the exchange of experiences and training. The importance of signing a Comprehensive Action Plan for 2025-2027 in June this year to implement the Cooperation Agreement between Azerbaijan's and Belarus's ministries for emergency situations of 2006 was emphasized. During the meeting, the prospects for enhancing Azerbaijani-Belarusian cooperation in emergency prevention and response were discussed. Views were also exchanged on the provision of firefighting equipment.
