Fire and Rescue Sports
The Ministry for Emergency Situations is engaged in the development and popularization of fire and rescue sports among children and youth. The MES cooperates with the Belarusian Youth Public Organization of Rescuers and Firefighters in the field of teaching the basics of life safety and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The Belarusian fire and rescue sports teams are 8 times champions in fire and rescue sports in the competitions of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers and 4 times prize- winners of international competitions according to the CTIF rules.
