XXV International Conference of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers

The XXV International Conference of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers which is taking place in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The delegation is led by Alexander Kazakevich, Deputy Head of ROSN ZUBR and Head of the Center for Organization of Sports and Mass Events of the Ministry. The conference is attended by representatives of the Ministry and the Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sports.

The conference plans to summarize the results of international competitions and the World Championships in 2024, and prepare for the upcoming World Championships in 2025. It will also discuss issues related to the further development of the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescues, the popularization of firefighting and rescue sports on the international stage, and collaboration and cooperation between fire and rescue agencies from different countries.

During their visit, conference participants will have the opportunity to visit the site of the upcoming 2025 World Championship, which is scheduled to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The conference will run until November 21.

Members of the Belarus delegation, Alexander Kazakevich and Margarita Andrienko, were also awarded medals for their contributions to the International Sports Federation of Firefighters and Rescue Services.
