Vadim Sinyavsky, Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, has arrived in Pakistan

The President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, is on an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Minister of Emergency Situations, Vadim Sinyavsky is among official delegation members.

During the visit, Vadim Sinyavsky met with Inam Haider Malik, Head of the National Disaster Management Authority of Pakistan, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in emergency preparedness and response.

The Memorandum outlines plans for cooperation between the two countries' emergency agencies, including preparedness for natural disasters, firefighting, industrial emergencies, planning and conducting joint exercises and seminars, as well as cooperation in education and training.
