WORLD LEAGUE OF UNIVERSITIES: UNIVERSITY OF CIVIL PROTECTION IN THE RUR RANKING

The University of Civil Protection of the Ministry forf Emergency Situations is included in the global ranking of higher education institutions Round University Ranking (RUR). In 2024, it became one of the eight Belarusian universities included in this international ranking, taking the fifth place among Belarusian universities.

The Round University Ranking assesses the performance of over 1,200 universities based on 20 key indicators that are grouped into four main categories: teaching, research, international diversity, and financial sustainability.

In terms of teaching quality, the university ranks 684th globally and third in Belarus, indicating a high level of educational excellence and a favorable student-to-teacher ratio.

Regarding financial stability, the university has also achieved top three status among Belarusian institutions, ranking 985th worldwide.

The university continues to actively enhance its position in research and international engagement. It ranks 1,150th in the global research category and 1,087th for international diversity.
