Rescuers continued to participate in commemoration events dedicated to the Independence Day and the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders. A presentation of state awards and a solemn transfer of fire-fighting and rescue equipment took place at the "Kurgan of Glory" complex.

As part of the official visit of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, to Mongolia, a ceremony for signing an international agreement was held. The agreement was a Memorandum of Cooperation in the Field of Emergency Prevention and Response between the Ministries for Emergency Situations of both countries.
Belarusian rescuers are actively cooperating with their colleagues in various fields. For instance, at a recent meeting between the heads of relevant departments, Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, Vadim Sinyavsky, and Head of the State Agency for Emergency Situations of Mongolia, Gombozhavyn Ariunbuyan, they discussed issues related to further cooperation.
As part of the state visit by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, the delegation of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, led by Minister Vadim Sinyavsky, is also visiting Mongolia. The agenda for the visit includes a number of bilateral meetings with Mongolian counterparts - representatives of the State Emergency Agency of Mongolia.
Today, the Minister for Emergency Situations Vadim Sinyavsky conducted a working visit to the Mozyr region.
